Cancellation Policy, Reschedules and Refunds.
In the process of booking in for a Reading or Energy Healing Session, please ensure you have read and understood the following cancellation policy in full.
If you, for any reason can’t make your appointment, you must give at least 48hrs notice to reschedule. If you are met with unforseen circumstances within the 48hrs of your scheduled appointment, you can absolutely reschedule, providing that you do so with as much notice as possible.
Cancellations are subject to the following:
No refund will be offered if you decide to cancel on the day of your appointment.
Should you notify The Grateful Awakening of a request for cancellation within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will incur.
Should you notify The Grateful Awakening of a request for cancellation more than 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a refund of the original amount paid, less a $50 administration fee.
Should a booking be made using a gift certificate or the like, no cash refund will be offered. Instead, the total will be credited back into the credit form that was used at the time of booking the appointment, in accordance with the Terms or Service and Cancellation Policy..
Appointments can only be rescheduled up to 2 times from your initial appointment.
Cancellations, Refunds and Reschedules are subject to the following:
No refund will be offered if you decide to cancel on the day of your appointment.
No refund or reschedule will be offered if you arrive after the wait time of 10 mins after the beginning of your scheduled session.
No refund or reschedule will be offered to those that are a no-show. I will only wait 10mins after your scheduled session time begins before ending the Zoom resulting in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.
No refunds will be offered if the service has been conducted and completed.
No refunds will be offered if you are dissatisfied with the service provided.
Please ensure that you have entered in all of your contact details correctly. If contact can not be made due to incorrect information, this will result in a cancellation of your booking. Please also ensure that you have taken note of any time zone differences. All sessions are run on AEDT/AEST (Melbourne), so if you don’t arrive to your appointment at the correct time, this will result in an automatic cancellation as per the cancellation policy.
All readings will be conducted via Zoom, or if a phone call is required, you will be called from a private number, so please keep this in mind at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please note, that I will only remain in the Zoom call for 10mins after your scheduled session begins. If you have not arrived to your session and haven’t made any contact, this will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.
If you have requested your Reading to be conducted via Phone Call, I will attempt to contact you no more than 3 times via a private number. Should you not answer after the third ring, this will result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.
24hrs prior to your appointment, you will receive an automatic reminder for your session. Please note that I will not contact you directly, nor do you need to check in to clarify that your appointment will still proceed. All appointments will run as scheduled unless I contact you directly due to unforeseen circumstances- to which we will then discuss a reschedule.
Should I ever need to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified at ASAP and offered a reschedule at my earliest availability or refund of the amount paid should you not want to opt for the reschedule.
In the completion of your purchase for one of our services, you are agreeing in your fullest capacity, that you have read & understood the above cancellation poilcy.
