By booking in with The Grateful Awakening, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1- All bookings with The Grateful Awakening, are subject to and bound by the Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy regarding any and all services. Terms are subject to updates and changes at any time.

2- You must be 18yrs or older to book in. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present and must request this option directly prior to booking in.

3- It is the clients sole responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of the booking is correct and true, including selecting the correct time zone.

4- It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time or to notify The Grateful Awakening if you are running late or need to reschedule (in accordance with the Terms of Service and Cancellation Poilcy). You will not be contacted by The Grateful awakening if you have not arrived to your scheduled session.

5- All sessions are strictly confidential and will not be discussed outside of the session with any third party. You acknowledge and understand that if you are involved in a partnered or group session, that any information that comes through will be shared with other parties involved due to the nature of the group setting. You understand that any testimonials, validation or confirmation from clients will only ever be shared with the clients full permission

6- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for all services, exluding any payment plans in place. All payments via a Payment Plan must be made on time otherwise the relevant service will be paused until the payment has been finalised.

7- All sessions are strictly bound to the timeframe given for each service noted on the website.

8- Appointments and Gift Certificates can not be transferred to a family member or friend.

9- All Readings and Distant Healings are conducted via Zoom. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that you have a strong and clear internet connection at the time of your appointment. Please ensure that the internet connection, Zoom and the Zoom Link provided are updated, checked and working prior to your scheduled appointment time.

10- All parties involved will uphold a level of respect and act in accordance with the Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy. All individuals involved are solely responsible for their own actions in full.

11- The Grateful Awakening reserves the right to cancel any appointment at their discretion, as well as in accordance with the Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy; and preclude any individual from using the services in the future as deemed necessary.
