“I’d had a Reiki session done previously with someone else and enjoyed that experience but I immediately knew this would be different. I’d had a tough day and was not relaxed in the slightest. Whilst I ‘put on a front’, Mel immediately sensed it and upfront told me I needed to concentrate on my breathing through this session. The first 10 minutes, my mind was wondering…..what to cook for dinner the next night, the emails I needed to write etc… I then felt this sense of myself floating. I seriously questioned whether I was still laying on the bed…it was weird (in a good way). Whilst I could write a mini novel on my experience, I’ll keep it short-ish.
