How do I book a Reading or Energy Healing session?

All bookings can be made via our website. I do not take bookings through my Instagram or Facebook Pages. You can find the booking availabilities through the ‘Services’ tab or via the ‘Book Now’ buttons on the home page for your selected service.

How are the Readings & Energy Healings conducted?

All Readings are conducted via Zoom as well as 1:1 Distant Energy Healings. All in-person Energy Healings, Deep Healing and Reverence sessions are held in Melbourne’s West.

Do you have a cancellation waitlist?

No, I do not have a cancellation waitlist at this time.

Do you do face-to-face Readings?

At this point in time, all readings are conducted via Zoom, which although isn’t in person, it is exactly the same

Do you do phone Readings?

Yes, absolutely. Should you wish to have your Reading done over the phone, you must contact me via email or Direct Message (through Instagram or Facebook) as soon as you book in to notify me of this request. This is to ensure that I am aware and am able to update the system on my end to accommodate your request.

What happens if you don’t have a time available that suits me?

Unfortunately, if the available times don’t suit you then there isn’t anything I can do. All availabilities listed cannot be changed to suit your needs and should you wish to book in, you will need to accommodate for it.

I forgot to ask a question during my appointment, can I contact you to ask more?

No. If you forget to ask a question, or it’s at the end of your reading and you want to ask more questions, I cannot extend your reading or continue to answer your questions outside of your reading time. This is a boundary I have in place to protect my energy & time.

Do I need to have questions prepared for my Reading? How many questions can I ask?

I certainly recommend having some questions already prepared, as sometimes during the Reading you may not always be able to think on the spot or you may be too focused on what has already come through from spirit. Having questions prepared can also help to create more flow within the session, as you already know what your intentions are for the Reading.

There is no limit to how many questions you have, however, it is important to keep in mind time restraints, along with whether spirit can or will answer certain questions. I will never force answers from spirit if they are not bringing them through or if they preclude me from going down certain avenues of questioning. I will also never bullshit my way through, so if I’m not receiving any insight or connections, I will always be up front about it. It’s important to remain open minded and understanding that you may not always receive what you want to hear, but will always receive what you need to hear. Spirit will usually already answer your questions before you even get to asking them in a session.Can I book an appointment for someone else?

Can I book in on behalf of someone else?

Yes, you can, however; if you are booking an appointment for someone else, there needs to be permission granted first, as I cannot connect in for someone without their permission or knowledge. The best option if wanting to book in for someone else as a gift or on behalf of another, is to purchase a gift certificate. This will ensure that if they do choose to book in, they are doing so with full permission & willingness.

Can someone join me for a Reading or Energy Healing Session?

No, unfortunately not. This is to ensure that I am soley connecting to the person I am reading for without distraction or a crossover of energies, as well as the fact that it is a session booked for one person. If you wish to sit in session with a family member or friend, you can either book in for a partnered Reading or request a partnered Energy Healing Session.

Are your services available to those outside of Australia?

Absolutely! I have been blessed to work with clients in the US, UK, New Zealand and Mexico so far.

I really want to connect with this person that has passed, can you do this for me?

I can indeed connect to your loved ones in spirit, only if they choose to step forward. I will never directly call upon aspirit to step forward, as I respect that they are at peace and I am not here to disturb them. I allow spirit to lead the way, so once I open the connection, your loved ones, whomever they may be, will step forward should they wish to connect in and communicate. Your loved ones know that you are coming to see me and that you want to connect with them. Majority of the time they come through right at the beginning of your session, other times they’ll pop in towards the end. Some souls will be stronger and more communicative than others, and some will just want to come through to let you know that they are there but don’t really have any messages. Some souls will also come through that you may not expect to, so keeping open minded is key.

Can I bring my kids to my Energy Healing Session?

Unfortunately not for in-person sessions. I understand that it’s not always easy to find someone to watch your children, however, it is recommended that if you wish to attend in-person, that you organise to have your children looked after by a trusted person. If you are sitting for a Reading, I do recommend that you are free from distraction as much as possible, but I understand otherwise

How often can I book in for a Reading or Energy Healing Session?

I want to preface this by saying that I trust that you are empowered enough to know when you need to book in for another session. When it comes to Readings, you can book in as often as you like, however, this is not something I recommend doing if you’re booking too frequently or you create a dependency on it. I usually recommend every 6-12months (unless you need support during that time). If you book in often, you will most likely end up receiving the same information as you did in previous readings, especially if you haven’t allowed yourself the time for things to play out, or to integrate any changes or action within your life that there was guidance on. You can’t expect things to change, if no changes have been made.

With Energy Healings, I have worked with clients anywhere from fortnightly to yearly. Like the above, depending on the individual circumstances, I recommend allowing time for integrations, but I always trust that you will know when you want to come back and see me.

How long do your sessions go for?

Readings go for 40mins. Energy Healing sessions go for a duration of 90mins, with the Healing aspect varying depending on how the session naturally unfolds.

I don’t get paid until…can you hold an appointment time for me?

Unfortunately, I can not hold any bookings for you without payment. I understand that you don’t want to miss out on a particular booking, however, I am unable to hold any appointments without payment, and all bookings are made directly through the website which requires payment upon booking in for your session.

I can’t make my appointment, can I reschedule or cancel? If I miss my appointment, can I get a reschedule or refund?

If you, for any reason can’t make your appointment, you must give at least 48hrs notice to reschedule. If you are met with unforeseen circumstances within the 48hrs of your scheduled appointment, you can absolutely reschedule, providing that you do so with as much notice as possible. Please note that The Grateful Awakening does not offer refunds or reschedules if you do not show up to your appointment. If you are running late, you must notify me to let me know, otherwise after 10mins from the beginning of your scheduled session, if no contact has been made by you, it will result in an automatic cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided all of the correct information when booking in and ensure that you have the correct time zones to ensure that you arrive to your session and on time.

Do you offer partnered or group Readings?

Yes & No! I have Partnered Readings on the website, however I haven’t yet released any Group Reading Sessions. The only Group Session I have is the REVERENCE Sessions. But keep your eyes peeled for Group Readings.

I’m going to be running errands or out in a public space, can we still do my session?

Unfortunately, it is not recommended that you come to your reading if you are ‘on the go’ or in a public place. This is because you need to be in a relaxed, quiet space/state with little to no distractions to ensure you get the best out of your session.

I’m a bit skeptic, can you still read me?

Yes, absolutely…a certain level of skepticism is healthy; however, I will be able to sense it straight away and I will only be able to go as far as you let me. If you are closed off, unwilling to participate openly or not willing to be reciprocal energetically, it will interfere with the connection and flow of the session, that can potentially lead to inaccurate or distorted information; or none at all. Your openness and willingness is key, as it will determine how the session goes. I am also not here for you to ‘test’, if I sense that that is your intention, I reserve the right to cancel the session at any point.

Do you use cards in your Readings?

No. I don’t use anything other than my direct connection to spirit.

Do you need a photo or anything of myself or my loved ones to connect in?

Nope! I don’t need anything at all.

Do you need a photo or anything of myself or my loved ones to connect in?

I no longer offer to record sessions as I simply don’t have the storage for it and have had too many issues in the past with Zoom. You are more than welcome to record the session should you wish to do so on your end.

Can you connect to animals?

Yes, I sure can. I have connected with both living pets and those passed. Like with your loved ones in spirit, I will not call upon a soul, I will simply allow them to step forward if they wish to connect in and communicate.

Can I transfer my session to a family member or friend if I know that I can’t make it?

Unfortunately, appointments cannot be transferred to a family member or friend in accordance with the Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.

Do you have AfterPay?

No, not at this point in time. PayPal is available on the website which has the pay-in-four option like AfterPay should you need this option.
